A program of Virginia's PBS TeacherLine, ICAN provides high-quality training and resources for Virginia's Instructional Technology Resource Teachers (ITRTs) and Instructional Technology Administrators.

Virginia's PBS TeacherLine, funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Education, is committed to helping PreK-12 educators acquire the skills they need to prepare students for a successful future. Virginia's PBS TeacherLine provides online professional development through facilitated and standards-based courses, supportive and collaborative learning communities, and exemplary Internet-based resources.

Virginia's PBS TeacherLine offers over 100 courses in mathematics, reading/language arts, instructional technology, instructional strategies, and science. Courses are facilitated by specially trained educators, combining the best of face-to-face professional development with the best of online instructional design.
